Payments & Refunds

Payment is required before services can be rendered. All sessions must be pre-paid.

All sales are final - no refunds.

Please note that all packages must be used within their stated term length. Any unused sessions at the end of the term are forfeited.

Late Arrivals/Cancellations

Session time is reserved in advance; late arrivals may use whatever times remains in the session.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice may be made without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to full charge of session amount.
