Payments & Refunds

Payment is required before services can be rendered. All sessions must be pre-paid.

All sales are final - no refunds.

Please note that all packages must be used within their stated term. Any unused sessions at the end of the term will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals/Cancellations

Session time is reserved in advance; late arrivals may use whatever time remains in the session.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice avoid penalty and are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours notice of a scheduled session are subject to the full session fee.
